We prepared a TIA for a proposed state of the art meat processing plant at Kilbeggan in Co. Westmeath. The road serving the site had a number of pinch points and along some sections was in a state of disrepair ,so following negotiation with the Local Authority it was advised that passing bays be implemented at 200-300m intervals along the route together with re-surfacing to accommodate the additional traffic arising from the proposed development.
